Overview
There are instances where the customer's cooling demand load, or Demand Load, is not accurately reflected in the actual consumption of the building, often due to open spaces. In such cases, an improper design load may have been adopted in the building's original design. This results in a demand that exceeds the design capacity of the HVAC system, leading to unnecessary extra costs for district cooling plant
