What is it about ?
We want to ensure that all our applicants are exposed to a realistic work case that is parallel to the cases being dealt with in our every day lives at Ark Energy.
During our first & second round interviews we would be conducting a case interview with the candidates. We recommend all future applicants to come prepared for this as it will impact the outcome for future rounds of interview

What is it about ?

Other Interview Formats
Other Interview Formats
What is it about ?
Other forms of interview formats would include the written case interview. In this format, the candidate is given information regarding a case, for around 20 to 30 minutes.
The candidate will be given an hour to analyze the case, generate a recommendation & prepare a presentation to the interviewer. The presentation would be conducted for around 40 min, where the interviewer will challenge the recommendation & you will be asked to protect your case.
The best way to practice for this type of interview would be to do a bit of research on different written case interviews.
