Ark Energy is looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist with a strong focus on digitalization. The ideal candidate will have experience in identifying, qualifying, and nurturing potential leads through various digital channels.


Core Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive lead generation strategy focused on digitalization
  • Identify key target markets and customer segments for digitalization solutions
  • Utilize various digital tools and platforms to generate, track, and manage leads
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities
  • Analyse and interpret data to optimize lead generation efforts
  • Plan and implement digital marketing campaigns (e.g., email marketing, social media, content marketing, and paid advertising) to attract potential leads
  • Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments to improve lead quality and conversion rates
  • Engage with potential leads through digital channels (e.g., email, social media, webinars) to qualify their interest and fit with our digitalization solutions
  • Work closely with the sales team to pass on qualified leads and ensure a smooth handover
  • Maintain and update the customer relationship management (CRM) system with accurate lead information
  • Track and report on lead generation metrics, including the number of leads generated, conversion rates, and overall campaign performance
  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to align lead generation efforts with broader business goals
  • Provide feedback and insights to the product development team based on market and customer feedback
  • Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and lead generation
  • Continuously test and optimize lead generation tactics to improve performance

Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field
  • 1 to 5 years in B2B industrial sales, digital sales, energy or renewable energy industry or Sustainability & Environmental Industry
  • Willing to go beyond the “minimum”, incl. working outside business hours, weekends to win projects
  • Demonstrated ability to build rapport and generate business in the digitalization or consulting industry in business-to-business (B2B) sales
  • Impeccable verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Go-getter attitude, thriving on success and winning, and aggressive to get the job done
  • Problem-solving skills to propose mutually beneficial solutions
  • Proficiency with MS office
  • Experience in Power BI is a PLUS
  • Ability and willingness to travel for meetings with prospective and existing clients
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, tools, and best practices
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and marketing automation tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyse data and make data-driven decisions
  • Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve results
  • Knowledge of industry-specific digitalization trends and solutions
  • Experience in B2B lead generation

Fit within Ark Energy

  • Candidate shall report directly to CEO or CSO and work closely with the energy consulting team
